"I've looked at the pictures.  They really capture our personalities, I think."

"Not as as one might imagine, given our erudite training and deep personalities."

"What does 'erudite' mean?"

"It means that not everybody knows how to pull logs out of the woods."

"Ah.  I miss those old days of dragging trees."

"I don't.  All that work got in the way of snacks."

"Hmm.  You're right, but it felt nice to be useful."

"But we are useful again.  We're the ambassadors of open space protection."

"Yeah, but we don't get as much exercise."

"Careful what you say!  We've got it pretty nice out here in our field with good hay in the winter and great grass in the spring, summer and fall, and more clean water than we could ever drink.  What would you want to change?"

"Wow!  You're right!  Forget dragging trees!  Just bring on the hay!  Sorry.  I don't know what came over me just then."
